Refund and Return Policy
Not happy with what you’ve bought? Just send it back to us within 30 days for a full refund*, no questions asked. Just please make sure that it meets the below criteria.
Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense. I strongly encourage shipping insurance for the cost of the item(s) being returned.
Orders returned will not be refunded if they are:
- without their accessories
- or are deemed to be in an unsellable condition
If your return qualifies for a refund it will be issued within 3 business days, please allow up to an additional 10 business days for credit card processing times.
If it is decided that you are not eligible for a refund or exchange, you will be notified by email or text message to arrange for your goods to be returned to you at an additional cost.
Should you fail to make these arrangements within 3 months from the date you are notified, we have the right to refuse a refund or exchange and resell your goods to recover our costs.
*Expedited shipping costs are not refunded, international shipping costs are also not refunded.
A 5% fee will be charged for all canceled orders in the USA.
A 7% fee will be charged for all canceled orders outside of the USA.
